Zalchem
Our strength lies in our deeply integrated processes. We are one of the few contract manufacturers in Poland with in-house PET and HDPE packaging production. By eliminating reliance on external suppliers, we protect our partners from supply chain risks and guarantee seamless production continuity at any scale.
Capacity and standards
Advanced automation powers our entire operation. We have 16 production lines that allow us to deliver a wide range of products, including 7,000 tons of powders and 2,000,000 litres of liquids per month. We carry out these processes in accordance with certified quality management systems: ISO 9001, 14001 and BRCGS.
Our in-house research and development (R&D) infrastructure enables us to create unique formulations and conduct full ageing and efficacy tests, significantly shortening the product’s time-to-market.

We build our expertise in the private label area not only as a manufacturer, but also as the owner of our own brand, Onyx. This ensures we fully understand the challenges our clients face, from optimizing production costs to maximizing product turnover on the shelf.
