What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label cooperation?
The order size depends primarily on the product type and your chosen packaging. As a standard, the minimum production quantity is 5,000 units per product type.
Does the unit price decrease with larger orders?
Yes, our production scale allows us to optimize costs for large volumes of a specific product. The more products you order, the lower the unit price becomes. We quote each project individually to offer the most cost-effective solution for your business.
What additional costs should be considered?
Creating your own brand may involve some initial setup costs. These include things like developing a new formula in our laboratory (if you decide not to use our ready-made formulas) or preparing dedicated packaging molds and labels, depending on your project requirements.
Can I create an entirely new formula, or must I select a ready-made one?
You can use our proven, ready-to-implement formulas developed by our R&D department or commission us to create a unique composition from scratch. However, it is important to remember that developing a new formula requires additional testing and extends the implementation process.
What household chemical products can you produce?
Our portfolio is very broad and covers the most frequently purchased categories. We produce, among others, effective laundry gels and powders, modern laundry capsules, fabric softeners, and fabric perfumes. We also offer rinse aid, salt, and dishwasher tablets, as well as a wide range of cleaning products for kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and floors. Our machinery also allows for the production of cosmetics, including liquid soap.
Are private label products as effective as well-known market brands?
We create our formulas based on current market standards and rigorous quality tests. As a result, the products we supply are highly effective and successfully compete with market leaders. The experience gained in building our own Onyx brand allows us to create solutions that our partners use for their private labels.
Do you assist with packaging design?
Yes, we offer full technical and graphic support. We have our own design studio that will help create labels and product mock-ups that will truly stand out on the store shelf.
What packaging options are available for your products?
Thanks to our in-house packaging production, we are very flexible. We offer PET and HDPE plastic bottles, practical canisters, doypacks, as well as traditional cartons and foil packaging. As a major advantage, we manufacture bottles, canisters, and caps ourselves, which makes us independent of external suppliers and guarantees production stability.
Do the products comply with all legal and safety standards?
All our products fully comply with European Union requirements, including REACH and CLP regulations. We also guide you through the product registration process and prepare complete documentation, including safety data sheets.
How long does it take to launch a product?
The entire process from project acceptance to finished goods usually takes 3 to 8 weeks. For more complex projects, this time may extend up to 12 weeks.
How do we ensure quality and continuity of supply?
Production takes place on 16 automated lines and follows rigorous internal procedures. We maintain constant raw material stocks and have modern high-bay warehouses, which allows us to ensure continuity of supply for our partners.
Can samples be obtained before starting production?
Absolutely. Before we launch the production line, we prepare samples for testing so that you can personally check the consistency, scent and effectiveness of the product.
Confidentiality and ownership of formulas
The security of your business is our priority, which is why we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before discussing project details. Formulas developed by our R&D department typically remain our property, but we are always open to individual arrangements in this regard.
Can packaging be made from recycled materials?
Yes, in consideration of the natural environment, we offer the option of producing packaging from recycled materials. Additionally, we implement internal recycling at our facility, reusing technological waste in the production cycle.
